At Servely, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Servely platform.
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, configure your business, or contact us for support.
Account information: Name, phone number, business name, and password when you register.
Business data: Menu items, orders, customer records, inventory, and financial data that you enter into the platform.
Usage data: How you interact with the Servely dashboard, including pages visited and features used.
Payment data: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store full card details — only metadata provided by Stripe (last 4 digits, card type, expiry).
We use the information we collect to:
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Servely platform
• Process transactions and manage your subscription
• Send you service-related notifications (order alerts, billing, security)
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Monitor and analyze trends and usage to improve the product
• Detect and prevent fraudulent transactions and abuse
Servely is a multi-tenant platform where each business has its own isolated data environment.
Your business data (customers, orders, menu, staff) is strictly scoped to your account. Other businesses cannot access your data. Our access controls are enforced at both the application and database level.
We never share your business data, customer data, or order data with other Servely users or third parties.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the platform (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery). These parties are contractually bound to protect your data.
Payment processors: Stripe for subscription billing and order payments. Stripe's privacy policy applies to data they process.
Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority, we may disclose information as necessary.
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days before being deleted. During this period, you can reactivate your account and recover your data.
You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting support@servely.app.
We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard safeguards:
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption)
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt — we never store plain-text passwords
• JWT tokens expire and are rotated regularly
• Database access is restricted and monitored
• We conduct regular security reviews
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work hard to protect your information.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws including:
• **Access:** Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• **Correction:** Request correction of inaccurate data
• **Deletion:** Request deletion of your personal data
• **Portability:** Request export of your data in a machine-readable format
• **Objection:** Object to certain processing of your data
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@servely.app.
Servely uses minimal cookies necessary for the platform to function:
• **Session cookies:** To keep you logged in to your dashboard
• **Preference cookies:** To remember your language and display settings
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the platform. The date of the last update is shown below.
Continued use of Servely after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
