Terms of Service

By creating a Servely account or using any part of the Servely platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Servely.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform including restaurant owners, staff members, and any other persons who access the service.

Servely provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for restaurants and food businesses, including features for:

• Digital menu management

• Online and in-person order management

• Kitchen display system

• Inventory tracking

• Customer management

• Financial reporting

• Staff and permission management

Servely reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

To use Servely, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

• Keep your login credentials confidential

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Servely account.

Servely operates on a subscription model. By choosing a paid plan, you agree to:

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 1-month free trial. No credit card is required during the trial.

Billing: After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription. You will be billed in advance for the subscription period you choose.

Cancellation: You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice.

You retain full ownership of all data you input into Servely. By using Servely, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the service.

We do not claim ownership of your data. We do not sell or share your business data with third parties, except as required to provide the service.

Upon cancellation or account deletion, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

You agree not to use Servely to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Process fraudulent orders or payments

• Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the platform

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions without refund.

The Servely platform, including its code, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by Servely and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your business operations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servely's total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to Servely in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Servely is not liable for loss of revenue or profits from system downtime, indirect or consequential damages, or errors in third-party services.

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of Servely after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
